With over 30 years of industry experience we're offering leading cleaning and facility services to clients nationwide as well as consulting and advisory services to companies in the sector.

Our industry experience began with developing our own cleaning company, Cleaning Plus from a start-up to a company with $10 million of revenue, a staff of 400 and operations in Auckland and Wellington.

In addition to the full range of cleaning services, the company was also providing a range of other soft services including everything from grounds maintenance to laundry and washroom services.

Cleaning Plus had clients in all major industrial sectors including corporate, commercial, industrial, education, health, aged care and construction. Its clients included a number of ‘blue chip’ client such as Fonterra, Auckland Meat Processors, Ford Motor Company, Quality Bakers and Lion Breweries.

Cleaning Plus was sold in 2006.
